Shipping costs

Shipping costs in Slovenia:
Shipping is free for orders over 50,00 €. For packages under 50,00 €, the shipping cost is 3,90 €.
 
Shipping costs in the EU, Zone 1:
Shipping is free for orders over 50,00 €. For packages under 50,00 €, the shipping cost is 6,90 €.

Shipping costs in the EU, Zone 2:
Postage is free for orders over 50,00 €. For packages under 50,00 €, the shipping cost is 9,90 €.

Shipping costs to third countries:
Shipping costs are 65,00 € per individual order. When shipping from the EU to a country outside the EU, there may be additional costs such as customs clearance and customs duty. The cost of customs clearance is the responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery of goods

GoStarlife will make every effort to deliver the shipment within 3 to 9 working days (Monday to Friday count as working days, with the exception of holidays and work-free days in the Republic of Slovenia or in the country of the recipient of the order) after receiving payment from the Buyer.

Upon receipt of the order, you are obliged to sign the receipt, which proves that you have received the goods. 

​

In the period of sales or other promotions, when the number of orders is increased or in case of other unpredictable circumstances, delivery times may be longer. In such cases, we will communicate new delivery dates to the Buyer. 

​

In the event that the Buyer does not receive the ordered goods within the agreed deadline, they must urge us to fulfil the obligation and to set an additional deadline for fulfilment. If we fail to fulfil our obligations within the additional period, the Buyer can withdraw from the Contract and request a refund of the purchase price.
