Gray hair, oh, no!

Although not every gray hair is a harbinger of aging, it is certainly one of the first indicators (at least in most cases) that we are no longer the youngest.

While gray hair, loss of vision and wrinkles are most noticeable on the outside, aging also happens on the inside. Older cells perform worse than younger ones, and in some organs, after the age of 40, the cells do not regenerate at all or their production is greatly reduced.

You can slow down aging. With a healthy lifestyle -

  • keep your body weight in the optimal range,

  • don't smoke,

  • try to avoid microwaved plastic, X-rays and CT scans,

  • try to avoid UV exposure,

  • avoid sugar, bread and pasta intake,

  • skip meals or at least trying to make one meal really small,

  • exercise; try to do as many steps as possible every day, go to the gym, jog a bit
