Eating veggies at dinner is associated with lower risk of cancer
David A. Sinclair tweeted yesterday: "Study of 21.5K people for 150K human years finds eating veggies at DINNER is associated with lower risk of cancer, heart disease & death. Eating refined grains, cheese, cured meat, and red meat at LUNCH had the opposite effect Green salad."
