The green smoothie is highly nutritious. Of course, the amount of vitamins depends on the fruit you use. Still, regardless of that, you will consume a lot of vitamins A and C. With the addition of avocado, you add a generous amount of magnesium.


In addition, homemade green smoothies are cheap, easy and quick to prepare. So, there is no reason not to make the first one today.

Ingredients


This one is made with avocado, cinnamon, spinach, banana, and almond milk. All you need, in addition to the ingredients, is a blender.


Milk or any nut milk 1 1/2 cup

Spinach 2 cups fully packed

Banana 1 banana (frozen is best)

Apple 1 apple sliced into pieces

Avocado 1/4 avocado

Vanilla 1/2 tsp

Cinnamon 1/4 tsp


Blend until creamy and smooth.
