This one is made with avocado, cinnamon, spinach, banana, and almond milk. All you need, in addition to the ingredients, is a blender.
Milk or any nut milk 1 1/2 cup
Spinach 2 cups fully packed
Banana 1 banana (frozen is best)
Apple 1 apple sliced into pieces
Avocado 1/4 avocado
Vanilla 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon 1/4 tsp
Blend until creamy and smooth.
