Many experts say that intermittent fasting can help with weight loss or stagnation. Fasting is supposed to awaken the body from the 'storage mode' and mobilize the fat supply as an energy source. This means that without a constant source of food (fuel) that you get from eating all day, your body will reach for the fat it has already stored. Therefore, people are so very successful at losing weight with the help of intermittent fasting.
